Valeriqo, S.A. de C.V. ("Valeriqo"), with registered address at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 296, Floor 22, Col. Juárez, Cuauhtémoc, ZIP 06600, Mexico City, Mexico, is the controller of the personal data collected through valeriqo.com, in accordance with the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations.
Data we collect
We collect identifying and contact data that you voluntarily provide when you subscribe to our newsletter, such as your full name and email address. We also collect browsing data through cookies in accordance with our Cookie Policy.
Purposes of processing
We use your personal data to: (i) send you informative communications about projects and platform news; (ii) manage your newsletter subscription; (iii) respond to information requests; and (iv) comply with legal obligations applicable in Mexico.
Transfers

Retention
We will keep your data only for the time necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and to meet applicable legal obligations. Afterwards it will be cancelled and removed from our systems.
